Mr. Pallav Mongia is currently an advocate-on-record at the Supreme Court of India and is dual qualified to practise as a solicitor in England. He is an alumnus of Hidayatullah National Law University with substantive experience in insolvency and arbitration matters. In 2012, he became the first recipient of the Litigation Fellowship awarded by the Supreme Court Lawyers Welfare Trust. He has also worked with the chambers of Hon’ble Mr. Justice L. Nageshwar Rao after which he undertook independent practice.

Mr. Abhivardhan is the Chairperson and Managing Trustee of the Indian Society of Artificial Intelligence and Law. He is also the Managing Partner of Indic Pacific Legal Research. A Post-Graduate from NALSAR, Hyderabad, he specializes in Public International Law and has accumulated significant experience in corporate innovation, global governance, international technology law, and cultural intelligence. Mr. Shantanu Kanade is an alumnus of Hidayatullah National Law university, Raipur and Leiden University, Netherlands. He is a dual qualified lawyer (India, and England & Wales) and specializes in public international law and international dispute resolution. Currently an Assistant Professor of Law at Jindal Global Law School (JGLS), he is also the Assistant Director at the Centre for International Legal Studies, where he serves as the Principal Investigator for a research project dealing with investor-state dispute settlement reform. He also practices as an independent dispute resolution lawyer, advising a diversity of clients across industry sectors on arbitrations and arbitration related proceedings before Indian courts. Ms. Saraswathy Vaidyanathan is currently working as an Assistant Professor at BML Munjal University and mentors Project Edu-Access. She is an alumna of Hidayatullah National Law University and obtained her master’s degree from the University of Edinburgh Law School on Intellectual Property Law. Being a former Research Fellow at the Centre for Innovation, IP, and Competition (CIIPC), she exhibits a strong passion for research and has made significant contributions to the field of Intellectual Property Law.

Mr. Ayush Kashyap is an alumnus of Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur. As an Associate at Khaitan & Co., he has considerable experience in Corporate Law and Dispute Resolution. He was a part of the 2021 Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition as a Judge. In 2019, he was honoured with the best speaker in the South Asia Regional Rounds of the Foreign Direct Investment International Arbitration Moot. He also serves as a mentor in the Ed-Justice People’s Campaign.
