| Dear Professor, I am pleased to inform you that the first seminar, in our Future of Law series on 20th March, 2021 was very well received, we had more than 300 registrations from 25+ countries. As discussed in the seminar, it is increasingly becoming a necessity to be technologically competent in the legal profession to be better prepared for future careers in the field. Keeping this in mind and with almost no formal training available globally that prepares participants in this field we have launched the Global Trainee Internship Programme in LegalTech for law students. Some of your students may find the programme useful. This hands-on, 4 weeks virtual programme with lot of emphasis on task based experiential learning would allow students to develop competency and skills in LegalTech that are difficult to obtain elsewhere and will help them standout and enhance their career opportunities in multiple ways. It will help them future proof your career. Some of the areas that will be covered in the programme, include: 1. How Technology is Changing the Nature of Work and Altering the Practice of Law 2. Fundamentals of Legal Technology – Legal Tech Vocabulary 3. Process Improvement and Automation 4. Artificial Intelligence in law 5. Legal Research and E-discovery 6. Machine Learning, Chatbots and Legal Analytics 7. Blockchain, Smart Contracts and Digital Signature 8. Legal Design Thinking 9. Legal Project Management 10. Implications of using Legal Technology: Data Privacy and Cybersecurity The details are attached.
