My name is Ishaan Michael, and I am the International Regional Captain for the Student Sports Law Network (SSLN). SSLN is an organization designed to develop a community of law students interested in pursuing careers in the sports industry and encourage our members to share their interests, build relationships, and enjoy being involved in the sports law community. We are reaching out today to invite you and your Students to join SSLN. Membership is free for any current law student, and we already have more than 500 members from across the country and world.
If you want to join, you can register your free membership HERE. We would also appreciate if you could share SSLN within your organization as well. We encourage our members to communicate through the SSLN Website, SSLN Social media, LinkedIn, and GroupMe.
Throughout the next year, SSLN will be hosting free events to facilitate networking, learning, and discussion for our members across the countries, such as stand-alone sports law events and symposium with industry professionals, co-sponsored events with law schools’ sports law organizations, and other virtual opportunities that arise. We also invite sports law societies such as yours to share your public events on our communal event calendar.
We also recently held our first annual symposium through Zoom this past November. You can find some of the recorded panels here.
