One Day E- International Seminar on “Emerging Trends of Intellectual Property Rights”

It gives me immense pleasure to invite you and your institution in the One Day E- International Seminar on “Emerging Trends of Intellectual Property Rights” on 17th April, 2021 Organised by Law Mantra Trust, The Indian Law Institute, New DelhiRajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab, Chanakya National Law University, Patna, Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur & SRM University -Sonipat.

Our first International Seminar on “Women and Law” was organized on January 13, 2018. The Seminar was inaugurated by Hon’ble Shri Ashwini Kumar Choubey, Hon’ble Minister of State for Health and family Welfare, Government of India, Prof. (Dr.) Manoj Kumar Sinha, Director, The Indian Law Institute, New Delhi, Prof. (Dr.) Naresh Kumar Vats, then Professor of Law, Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur.

The second event was organised on June 16, 2018 on “Protection of Women and Child Rights: Issues and Challenges”. The seminar was inaugurated by Hon’ble Shri Suresh Prabhu, Hon’ble Minister of Commerce and Civil Aviation, Government of India in the presence of Prof. (Dr.) Mool Chand Sharma, Former Professor of Law, University of Delhi, Prof. (Dr.) Vijender Kumar, Vice-Chancellor, Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur.

The third event was organized on December 2, 2018 on “Human Rights & Persons with Disabilities”. The seminar was inaugurated by Hon’ble Ms. Justice Rekha Palli, Judge, High Court of Delhi, Delhi in august presence of Prof. (Dr.) Paramjit S. Jaswal, Vice- Chancellor, Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab, Prof. (Dr.) Vijender Kumar, Vice- Chancellor, Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur, Prof. (Dr.) Manoj Kumar Sinha, Director, The Indian Law Institute, New Delhi and Prof. (Dr.) Naresh Kumar Vats, then Professor of Law, National Law University, Nagpur.

The fourth event was organised on January 12, 2019 “Protection of Women and Child Rights: Issues and Challenges”. The Seminar was inaugurated by Hon’ble Justice Pratibha M. Singh, Judge, High Court of Delhi in presence of Smt. Rekha Sharma, Chairperson, National Commission of Women, New Delhi, Shri Priyank Kanoongo, Chairperson, NCPCR- New Delhi, Prof. (Dr.) Paramjit S. Jaswal, Vice- Chancellor, Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab, Prof. (Dr.) Manoj Kumar Sinha, Director, The Indian Law Institute, New Delhi, Prof. (Dr.) Nishtha Jaswal, Vice-Chancellor, Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla and Prof. (Dr.) Naresh Kumar Vats, Registrar, Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab. The fifth event was organised on June 14 and 15, 2019 “Challenges and Prospects of ADR”. The Seminar was inaugurated by Hon’ble Shri Justice K.G. Balakrishnan, Former Chief Justice of India, Prof. (Dr.) Nishtha Jaswal, Vice-Chancellor, Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla and Prof. (Dr.) Naresh Kumar Vats, Registrar, Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab. The Valedictory session was presided by Prof. (Dr.) Paramjit S. Jaswal, Vice- Chancellor, Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab.

The sixth event was organised on January 11, 2020 “Human Rights and Disability Law: Global Perspective”. The Seminar was inaugurated by Hon’ble Shri Justice K.G. The seventh event was organised on January 12, 2020 “Protection of Women and Children Right”. The eight event was organized on October 10, 2020 “Artificial Intelligence and Law”. The Seminar was  inaugurated in august presence of Hon’ble Justice Prathiba M.
