INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORM

  • Download the sample filled form to have a prior understanding of all required information and documents for successful submission of Application Form.
  • Use Laptop or Computer to apply instead of a smartphone to avoid inconvenience.
  • You need to be logged in to be able to fill the form.
  • Pay the Application Fee through Net Banking as per the details provided under “General Instructions” and mention the details in the appropriate column of the application form.
  • Keep all required proof related documents ready in a single compressed zip folder and name individual files clearly for easy identification of the documents.
  • Compress the size of your files reasonably. The upper limit for combined compressed zip folder is 30 MB.
  • On successful submission of application form, a PDF shall be generated for your record and the same will also be sent to your email id.
  • In case you want to edit your application before last date, you can do the same with edit link that you receive in confirmation email.

These documents shall be required at the time of submission of online Application Form– 

  1. Educational Degree/Certificates/Transcripts.
  2. Proof of Current Employment.
  3. Proof of Past Employment
  4. Proof of Publications
  5. Proof of Paper Presentations / Conferences / Seminars / Workshops / Lectures
  6. Proof of Awards/Fellowship
  7. Proof of Policy Document Contributions
  8. Proof of ICT and MOOCs
  9. Proof of Patents
  10. Caste Certificate (If Applicable)
  11. Other Documents as required in the Application Form.
