(Gold Medalist), Ph.D., and a PDF from London, along with a Fulbright Scholarship, he possesses a wealth of knowledge.

His academic journey spans forty years of teaching experience and forty-two years of research, specializing in Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Human Rights, and Environmental Law. Dr. Jaswal is the author or editor of forty-four books and has published sixty-four research papers and book reviews in renowned national and international journals and books.
