LL.M. (One Year)

Introduction

HNLU offers one-year LL. M. Program spread over two Semesters. The LL.M. program is designed to inculcate research skills and analytical abilities in students. In addition to classroom training imparted through innovative teaching methods, the LL. M. Program is focused on self-learning and research conducted by the students under the guidance of the faculty members

Eligibility – The eligibility is as per CLAT- 2023 Notification. 

Intake and Reservation: The intake capacity for the LL.M. Programme shall ordinarily be 90 (Ninety) with the following reservations. However, it shall be at the discretion of the Vice Chancellor to proportionately increase/decrease the total number of seats:

  • 5% seats shall be reserved horizontally for Specially abled Persons (SAP)

  1. The ‘Counselling Registration Fee’ and the ‘Confirmation Fee’ paid to the CLAT Consortium will be adjusted at the time of paying the University Fees.
  2. The applicable Mess charges, to be paid semester wise at the beginning of every semester, is calculated on the basis of actuals of the contracted charges.

* Additional Specialization may be offered and Students can opt as and when offered. There will be a cap of 20 per specialization based on merit cum choice of the selected candidates opting for the course.

The optional courses will be offered subject to the availability of faculty and a minimum number of students opting for such specializations. The University reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of specializations in LL.M. programme.
