Centre for Human Rights and Subaltern Studies, NUSRL, Ranchi, in collaboration with UGC Women’s Study Centre, Patna University, Patna is organising a one day National Webinar on “WOMEN’S RIGHT TO PROPERTY, GENDER DISPARITY: ISSUES AND CHALLENGES” on 8th March 2021. The objective of this Webinar is to address gender-based discrimination with regards to enforcing women’s right to property and the obstacle they face in the process. 

The Organizers Invite Original & Unpublished Research Papers from Academicians, Law Professionals and Students on the Sub-Themes as mentioned in the attached brochure. The Submissions must be relevant, up-to-date and of interest to the academic community.SELECTED PAPERS WILL BE PUBLISHED IN THE FORM OF PROCEEDING/BOOK.
