Summary

Debmita Mondal is working at Hidayatullah National Law University from 2015. She teaches Intellectual property law specialization papers and Information Technology Laws to graduate and post-graduate students. She has completed her LL.M with specialization in Intellectual Property Laws from NALSAR Law University, Hyderabad and is UGC NET JRF qualified. Her areas of interest are Intellectual Property laws, Information Technology laws and changing facets of concept of law, technology and justice in society.
She had been selected for WIPO Full Sponsorship in 2019 for participation in 2nd IPIRA Conference held at Facultas Hukum Universitas, Indonesia and was also awarded Full Scholarship for “Workshop on Access to Medicine, TRIPs and Patent in Developing World” co-organized by TISS Mumbai, Third World Network and Jan Swaasthya.
She also is works as editor for several peer reviewed journals in India and actively delivers lectures in Universities, Colleges and IP awareness camps at schools.
