Dr. Deshmukh serves as Head of the Centre for Commercial Arbitration and Member of the Centre for Competition and Consumer Law. Also, having taught at prestigious institutions including National Law University, Jodhpur and Indian Institute of Management, Raipur. His research focuses on arbitration law, corporate insolvency, and corporate finance, with notable publications in esteemed journals and books. He has presented papers at prestigious international conferences and delivered guest lectures across India. A member of the International Council of Jurists and the Young International Council for Commercial Arbitration, he has contributed to various academic and administrative responsibilities at HNLU. His approach to law combines rigorous academic inquiry with a practical understanding of contemporary legal challenges, especially in commercial laws and arbitration.
